Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Jennyh- no need to wear it but you do need to know your bib number to register on the app. Do you have access to your number?

Ah, that’s rotten luck Pothunter :-( Hope you’re back running soon.

AtC - I had an email about the app which gave me a running number and registration ID, so I’m assuming that the running number is my bib number (haven’t actually downloaded the app yet).

I'm planning on running a 20ish mile loop, going home and having a break, then going for the 6. I'm still unsure whether to go for a short break with a snack, or to shower, change and then go for a 6 mile evening run. Hmmm...

I'll be using jelly babies for fuel for the 20, just wondering what the best thing is to eat when I get home that won't upset the tummy? :-/

I am sorry to hear of the injuries :-(

Tested the phone in my gel belt and its fine. Two new issues though:

1) How do I started phone and garmin at same time

2) How do I also get the phone in the gel belt once I am off and running.

Still, I would rather have that problem than an injury so I shouldnt complain

There was an email yesterday evening which should have had your number and registration id in it. If you've not got that then contact their support people first thing in the morning.

I stand to be corrected Baz but I believe your registration number can only be found on your email, which you haven’t received.

Hopefully it’s just a matter of the email being in a queue and you may receive it at any moment but this email address

app@londonmarathonevents.co.uk
was in the faq’s section wrt problems with the app so might be worth trying?

No email here (or in spam😀) either. Previous emails have required a chaser so I’ll drop them a line in the morning.
