Still, the traffic may put people off and give them a quiet inaugural, which I believe they want.

True, think I'll be doing Bodelwyddan rather than Conwy while the Llanddulas closures are in place

I've only ran 5 times at Conwy this year (& RF 6 times). Need to have one go at doing it fast to see how I get on at some point of I can fit it in

There may be an inaugural parkrun happening near you. Best to check with the local parkrun volunteers to see if they want you to know about it or not.

Otherwise there are plenty of already established parkruns to go to in the UK and abroad, see: parkrun.org.uk
