Haha that was you? Three times - jeez, I was ruined after going around once! I did go back on Sunday but the GRL route is nowhere near as tough.

Slickster, that is my plan when i do it in the future. I had a fell race on Saturday afternoon so obviously didn't want to over do it but 3xgibside will be a canny run out.

No OC, not yet. As i said i don't really do a lot of Parkruns these days. While I'm a big supporter of the ethos and parkrun (that's why I'm helping out to start the new Horden one ) , & I know its not a popular view but I'm not one for running with 400 people unless its a race and i find it just a tad corporate now. That said I've heard Blackhill is very good and very tough. I'll try and get there soon.
