NR, I saw someone from the club post about that on FB. You probably would have recognised her from the loud grinny expressions and offsetting the club kit with equally loud foot wear!

Ah yes - they did a special "feet only" action shot of the four people (not me) who turned up in the most colourful running shoes!

I shall be a Tour Groupie. When it came to applying to be a Tour Maker, I thought, "Nah, I'll go along and watch, but I'm not giving up my time to support a sport that's in the Dark Ages where women are concerned."

Le Tour passes through our village on both days. I'm quite excited (understatement of the day :-O)

I'm VERY excited about being on the spot for spectating
And far, far more excited about going to see Le Tour being a pretext for riding my bike in Yorkshire for a few days

I thought about the Tour maker thing, but I would rather watch it with my family. Sounds a bit selfish, and I would have liked to have been involved, but I really didn't want to be stood in the middle of nowhere on my own making sure that nobody tries to drive onto the course or a group doesn't decide to head the wrong way.
