I just wondered about where they sat in the ‘responsibility of encouragement’ (is that a proper phrase?) of getting people to travel while restrictions are still in place. I suppose it will depend on how many take up the opportunity as to how it is perceived by the locals etc as to how responsible it is. Doesn’t quite sit right with me. Still, not my monkey, not my problem.

Think there'll be lots of sleeping in cars/wild camping and/or very tired drivers on the roads, I hope that there's no comeback.
