Agree, Rosehip, I reckon the School hall can only take maybe six hundred (max) and that will not be acceptable to most.

looking through the entry list, there's a number of "big names" on there - going to be an interesting race (including a David Coulthard - assuming that's not *the* DC)

If anyone whoβs done the 50/100 before has anything about them, theyβll avoid the Laithwaite show, sorry, briefing.

Canβt say Iβm thrilled about the idea of cramming into a school hall with about 600 people when the covid incidence rate is probably higher than 1 in 600 at the moment and it isnβt going down after this weekendβ¦ but I do normally make every effort to attend race briefings

I think sitting somewhere quiet with a big cup of coffee and lots of breakfast and the briefing on a small screen is a very civilized way to do it -or beer and food for the 100ers on Friday

whilst I remember - where's the best place to stand to watch the 100-ers off? The year I was there to watch, there were loads of Fetchies around and I didn't see any of you

Rosehip, I'd advice further away from the school. I've seen DaveA and Phal on the first incline out of the village several times in the past. It is very crowded from the School to the Pub.

The road behind the Bull, plenty of space there.
