Jul 2009 5:14pm, 29 Jul 2009 23 posts	0 I'm thinking of using walking poles. I had hoped to pick them up at half way but no help is allowed from supporters. I always use them hill walking and wonder if they would be helpfull when getting very tired. Does anyone use them?
