Back at Dalemain today for the Penrith Rotaty 10k Trail, essentially 2 slightly shortened LL50 start laps. Definitely a lot quieter!!

I have the Dartmoor Discovery, a 32-miler, coming up on Saturday and I have just booked a mid-July marathon, so they will be the main part of my training for the run-in towards the big day.
I'm still in two minds about whether to try and beat my inaugural 2022 time or just take it as it comes.

I’ve got a local 50k soon, did it last year off the same lack of long mileage so hope it’s going to be OK as a good training run
Also supposed to be doing LT55k, deferred from last year - but it’s just as too close to the 50 as it was last year, so in two minds about it.

I thought I might do the Greensand Way ultra this year, but my accommodation option at Chicksands has gone as a result of new postings and family moves!
Lakeland Trails still on my bucket list. Would you not risk it three weeks out?
