Nice going Kwala!
Back yard high intensity session with 12kg kettlebell for me this morning:
set 1:
30 secs single arm swing (right) 30 secs snatch (left) 30 secs single arm swing (left) 30 secs snatch (right) 30 secs rest repeat
set 2: 30 secs clean to press (right) 30 secs racked lunge (left) 30 secs clean to press (right)
30 secs racked lunge (left) 30 secs rest repeat
set 3: 30 secs high swing (right) [note to self to check technique and stop kettlebell turning over] 30 secs burpees 30 secs high swing (left)
30 secs burpees 30 secs rest repeat
front and side planks to finish

Races yesterday, races Wed's & Next Sunday so did my gym session today...
Usual tortute and a complete 3 sets of 5 unassisted pull upsπ
I did miss dead-lifts & only did one set of body weight circuit.
I noticed my arms are finally starting to grow ....they'll never catch up with my legs but they look less like twigs and more like something that has a bit of oomph π
