Thanks all :-) It's a massive achievement and love that my PT has put me up all over her social media pages as an example of what slightly broken people can do!!

Nice going Kwala!

Back yard high intensity session with 12kg kettlebell for me this morning:

set 1:

30 secs single arm swing (right)
30 secs snatch (left)
30 secs single arm swing (left)
30 secs snatch (right)
30 secs rest
repeat

set 2:
30 secs clean to press (right)
30 secs racked lunge (left)
30 secs clean to press (right)

30 secs racked lunge (left)
30 secs rest
repeat

set 3:
30 secs high swing (right) [note to self to check technique and stop kettlebell turning over]
30 secs burpees
30 secs high swing (left)

30 secs burpees
30 secs rest
repeat

front and side planks to finish

Races yesterday, races Wed's & Next Sunday so did my gym session today...

Usual tortute and a complete 3 sets of 5 unassisted pull upsπŸ˜‰

I did miss dead-lifts & only did one set of body weight circuit.

I noticed my arms are finally starting to grow ....they'll never catch up with my legs but they look less like twigs and more like something that has a bit of oomph πŸ˜‰

Oh, an unassisted pull up still feels as likely as me winning the lottery. One day, one day....

Squatting and deadlift flying; pressing and bench not so much :)
