Anyone know anything about using nettles for fibres? I've been doing an Outdoor Learning course and it has piqued an interest.

I’ve heard about nettles for dyeing and also heard something about spinning. There’s probably a Ravelry group dedicated to just that

Nettles for fibres - you need to find Sally Pointer on FB and youtube - she's something of an expert

I have some weaving sticks - I had a go once and made a belt and then forgot about them. Portable weaving and easy to do.

My Mum taught me the basics of tatting. It is quite easy and is very portable, but I don't really like the end product.
