I really don't help myself, work is full on and today my plan was a 2 egg omelette no bread & a protein shake for breakfast, ended off with a rushed slice of toast at what is almost lunchtime. I finished tea at 7pm last night, ate again at 11.15am so a canny fast with only a couple of cups of tea this morning (I know that technically breaks the fast) And possibly part of the reason why my brain ignores being a bit peckish and I can easily skip meals. Must try harder.... |

My scales are weird but it's all good. Went down 5lbs in 6 days last week then I've stayed the same for 4 days! I'm happy as it's far more than I expected to come off this quickly and if they are maintaining at least it feels less artificial. I guess through cutting stuff out and being more mindful, the first bit comes off easily. I feel better already which is the main thing and I'm motivated to continue. Well done everybody |
