Morning. -0.1/-0.3%. Had a nice 1000+ cal deficit yesterday after a 21k run. Ate 1900 cal.

My other major life change is that I've just about stopped snoring. Seems 20% body fat is roughly my trigger point.

I've used an android app called snoreclock for ages. I just use it occasionally to record my night's snoring and it gives you a score and db average. I've been using it every night for the last month or so and my snoring is getting less and less prevalent.

Good going EP. Rest days are evil! Your glycogen replenishes and before you know it you've put on half a kilo.
