Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I have already been for my run and a walk later.I am finding the new scales are so much more accurate I am not getting the wild flucuations of the Tanita scales.I look forward to weighing rather than dreading it.

Great work Totri, Poppy and AZX :)

I am doing a double today: cutting the grass in a minute and Nordic walk tonight with 3 hours gardening at a client inbetween.

I am finding I sleep better and now get up half an hour earlier and energy levels are starting to come back.

I have decided the weekly grass cutting is exercise, so I shall log it and count it as such.

Pix, I recommend Nordic Walking! It is smooth and relaxing, great for recovery provided you glide, not push and bonus calories burnt!

I am halfway through cutting HALF of my grass... Nearly an hour, 1.65 kms 😱😱😱 that must be good for something! I reckon the total garden is at least 4 kms and I know it takes about 3 hours.

I think I shall invest in a new self propelled mower. The current one has lost its self propelling mechanism and keeps nosediving and is very heavy to push.
