Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Rosehip that is exactly the issue: I do all this heavy work, without training, out of the blue! No-one n their right mind would say run a marathon on no training, yet that is what I did pruning wise... practically a multi day stage race without training... you will break! I usually pace myself but a ''need must'' dictated by the weather put a spanner in the works. Thing is, 1/3 of my income used to be yoga, now I need to make up for that doing pruning jobs, which I stopped doing a few years ago as they were breaking me!

Anyway, onwards, upwards!

Marginal gains! Ad them all up and bingo... slow and steady is best when it comes to weight loss in my view!

Morning. +0.2/-0.1%. Yesterday was the first day I exceeded my calorie goal. I felt completely drained yesterday and had an unscheduled rest day. Didn't seem to come out of it too badly though. Hope everyone has a good weekend planned.

Morning. Down 0.5kg to 81.7kg. Very pleased with that. Just over a week away from hitting goal 1 at current rate.

Monday and Friday both involved long drives and sneak trips to the sweet shop!

Need to be a bit more disciplined now I'm back on the road more often!

My recorded weigh ins are on a Saturday morning pre coffee, with sneaky (unrecorded) updates during the week.

One of those sneaky weigh ins saw me hit 13 stone about 18 days ago, at the time I thought I was 'being good' with my eating, but obviously some bad habits had crept in.

Started 16/8 15 days ago.

Down to 12 stone 10 this morning.

Another 7lbs needed
