Back on track. Lost 0.8 of the 1kg I put on the last 3 days. BF% down to 22 which is my lowest.

Thanks. I think back to the days/weeks/months Googling “how much weight can I lose in...”. The fact is you just have to do it. For me that also required me to stop drinking. There are no short cuts.

Week1 - just under 2 lbs lost. Slightly disappointed as I thought the first week would be a more dramatic loss. Going to up my game. And by that I mean plan my meals better. It is a bit random at the moment. Anything in the fridge/kitchen is far game, and calorie/health wise that might not be the best choice.

FR, if you're weighing weekly, you may be on an up day today. That's why I prefer to weigh every day and look at the trend. Still, 2lb is a great start.
