I'd love to reverse the increase in timber. Knocking out the alcohol is definitely helping but haven't dared get on the scales yet.

Welcome any advice on how to shed some weight.

Well done MT.

FR - I may try 16/8 fast - I hate the name. It’s not a fast it’s just not eating breakfast. So you eat 1200 - 2000. I think I’m probably close to T2 Diabetes- I can feel the sugar craves. So will also try to cut white and refined carbs as a start.

Good plans, I've plateau'd and not kicked on which is disappointing, don't have the will power currently, might have put a couple of pounds back on so it's not a disaster yet...

I'm not remotely religious but have used Lent to try and focus on something previously and it's worked quite well, so I'm going to focus on eating nutritious foods.

This should stop me eating too much rubbish and encourage some better habits, if I lose a bit of weight then great, if not I'll probably be a bit healthier

Managed to swerve the pancakes and the brownies my daughter made only to be waylaid by a chunk of blue cheese. :-)
