Much of a muchness here. I'd gained a couple of kilos over the winter, and another kilo to August, which I may have dropped again. As I'm not running that much, any exercise losses come from cycling. It has to be, by my standards, a lot of cycling though, 100km + a week.

Afternoon, how are we getting on?
Amazingly I lost 2lbs in the last two weeks, despite being about 80% toblerone at one point
I have now lost 15lbs since my peak, and am currently at my lowest since feb '18, so pretty pleased, but, there is still a bit to go until my current target.

Some improvements here. No booze and a couple of pounds shifted since the new year. Only half a stone left for my pre lockdown one weight (which was still over weight, but less so!)

I’m still fat. Not really tried. Got little motivation.
I now have a goal (being able to fit into my work clothes)!
I have calculated my BMR as 1950 approx (178cm, 38 yo, 90kg(ish). Planning on using 1500 and adding any exercise burned.

Good luck! What kind of work do you do? I ask as I've recently been doing two physical jobs, and my Garmin has been offering interesting data re this (on one, over 3000 cals used a day, the other, nearing 4000). There is less of me than you.

Sitting at a desk in kitchen. I rarely move. This has become a massive (belly) issue.

Good luck, Totrio. I'm getting back on that horse too, I've really let things slide this past year.
I'm using a TDEE calculator rather than a BMR calculator. At 50 / 1.85m / 89kg / 24% bf that gives me 2,800 cals from which I'll initially deduct 500. Not that I've measured my current calorie intake lately, but if I were honest with myself it's probably in the 3,500+ range.
So 2,300 cal target, 3 x row session, 3 x brisk walk, 3 x kettlebell session - might even attempt some pull-ups once snow has melted from bar! Let's see how far I can get in 3 months.
