Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

WFH now, so avoiding the temptation of office cakes.
Managing to lose a pound a week atm, so down from 13st 3 to 12 12.
Another 9lbs to get back to racing weight

One for the "silver linings" thread, Bob! :-)

My weight is drifting slightly upwards with a bit less out and aboutery. I'm probably eating less biscuits and chocolate at the moment. Though I reckon that some modest extra poundage isn't the worst thing to have at the moment.

(Rereading that last sentence, definitely not the worst thing, though that's not quite what I meant.)

Feature request submitted:
Weight predictor trend average into the future.

Easy option: Make the weight loss/gain scale go into the future. (I can line a ruler up with my current trend).

Advanced: Extend the average weight for the view chosen (eg 3months).

Well done Bob!

I started 3 Mar at 90Kg. I am now 83.9Kg.

I've just done some maths (outside of homeschooling).

I lose on average 80g a day (based on 3 Mar to today's figures).

I should reach goal of 75Kg in early Sep.

I will not be below 80Kg by 31 May which if I'm honest means I should pull out of the Barkley Fall Classic.
