Looking good, Ness :)

I took a skort out for a run yesterday. The choice was limited by having to co-ordinate with a red and black top that I'd worn the day before but not for long enough to justify washing it, so I went for one of my oldest Flancis (butterflies), with only one side pocket. Such hardship!

I run in skorts 99% of the time now. I like my shorts but feel the skirt on top just hides the tummy

I use shorts on home routines ie strength

Just feel better
In my head it hides my fat more!

I love the SBD design and keep looking at a skort but don’t know …. How do they fit compared to leggings? Plus I don’t want to buy fat clothes! My retirement mission is to get fitter and thinner.

There is no way I’d wear a skirt this short but in the skort I don’t question it. Just love them.

I like some of the SBD designs but it’s a bit floaty for me but it is very flattering.

I always run in skorts. I can't manage to run in leggings at all and don't have any shorts. I also have the feeling better in a skort in terms of my tummy tbh.
