Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

My Tikiboo hoodies arrived today. I love them but I'm glad I ordered XS - they're big! I'll have room for several layers underneath.

I'm only walking at the moment, not running, so I'm hoping that's the reason and it'll be different when I'm running in them, but I'm disappointed that my SbD winter tights aren't keeping my legs warm. It's cold, but it's nowhere near as cold as it will be in the depths of winter. At this rate I'll have to resort to wearing two pairs at the same time.

Oh I found my winter SBD tights great earlier in the year - maybe that's 'cos I already have my own insulation!

It’s probably me - I really feel the cold. Hopefully when I can run again I’ll find them warm enough.

Decathlon do a fleecy lined tight for about £16 if that's any good?

We are all different - I would be far too hot walking in fleecy leggings unless it was much nearer to zero. I could never run in them. :)

Not a regular poster on here but am prompted to say I've never found any leggings warm enough for winter training. If it's properly cold I wear two pairs!

I have some thick fleecy Lowe Alpine leggings I bought in 2005. They're one of the best value pieces of kit I have in terms of wears per unit cost. Two pieces, because I liked them so much I bought another pair. They're my choice in All The Clothes running weather.

I find leggings with a skort on top is champion. I have flanci winter leggings but I find them warm. Ideal when starting out but I soon overheat.

I got some great cold weather leggings from Decathlon last year.
