I worry about concussion!
And Jelly, the back band is always much tighter on shockabsorber - so expect to be a larger band size. I had to try quite a range of sizes (varying both back and cup) to work out which one meant I could breathe and simultaneously fit into the bra. They are amazing to run in.

I’d agree. Worth the effort of finding the size that suits you best.

Fragile Do Not Bend
I’d recommend trying some on in a shop if you can get somewhere that sells them.

Assuming there’s somewhere that has their fitting rooms open nowadays. :)

jelly (limegreenjelly)
Yes it’s just a bit difficult ordering them online from Amazon. I can’t really afford to order a range of sizes!

Maybe there's a measuring guide on SA's website? I know they have a list of their bras and which come up small and which don't.

I have SA Fly bras too, they're lovely, supportive and in a lightweight material. SA say true to size so ordered my usual bra size. Had to use tightest hook but fitted well and I wore them for a couple of marathons. But now they are a little older the band is too loose for running, my HRM won't stay in place, so am wearing in the

gym now. I want a smaller band size but they don't make in smaller band size, annoying.

I went to a proper bra shop to be fitted properly. They measured all essential bits and handed me different bras, all different sizes!!!
I cannot wear underwired stuff or anything too strappy or tight...
So I now have some really well fitted cotton jobs. Mostly, I don't wear bras. I prefer supportive vests, but they are not ideal under a nice top...
I got 1 front fastening M&S sports bra on advice from you lovely lot, when I needed support but could not get into my over the head "old" sports bras, because of my shoulder. I also bought 2 softer crop top style merino bras. They are stretchy enough to get into and give enough support for yoga and walking...
ALL of the different ones are different sizes 🙄🙄🙄
I would not buy on line!

I don’t find SA bras generlly smaller than every day - they’re just not self consistent
I couldn’t understand Enell’s sizing, so never got around to trying them.
I like my M&S one -but they change so often and never seem to have many in stock in the shop to try.

I have enough trouble with my (*)(*) just rolling over in bed so braless aint going to happen walking, let alone running.

I used to work in a lingerie shop, it was amazing seeing how many women wore the wrong size bras.
