Well, after some reassurance from the owner of Flanci that they were having issues with the manufacturer of my first pair, I’m glad to say my second pair have a much more sensible waist. Decided a bit of chafing from running with my 'phone inside my bra was better than the alternative scenario. I'm disappointed, because the skorts I've carried my 'phone in haven't had that problem.
