Swans added to the zoo! ;)

The drawstring is easily threaded back in if you stick a safety pin on the end of it.

I tie a knot in my drawstring before washing EP, it doesn’t usually come undone! I do what I would call a tight slip knot, (not sure if you knit but that’s what it is) I hold both ends together and make a loop bit pull it tight! If my explanation isn’t good enough I will take a photo when I go upstairs! They are easy to rethread if you put a safety pin on the end!

Oh love the swans they’d be perfect for out boating weekends where are they from?

So I’ve got everything done & sorted for tomorrow even a curry cooked for Sunday when we get back.

Bags packed and water is chilling. Tan jacket repacked suncream removed.😂

To decide which outfit. If I go trailblazer I may need a tshirt as the forecast is rubbish.

So a few choices and that there is 5 more skorts in the sideline 🥳

Love all your outfits GG. Pick what's comfortable and will keep you and other runners smiling throughout.

Sorry the forecast is a bit rubbish. Windy and damp at the coast here today. It may be a bit better tomorrow.

The very very best of luck to you. You are amazing. You have done the training. Just go out there and believe.

They all look fab, but do you really want to wear a skort in the rain?

I found a wet skirt felt heavy and started to cling to my legs in a very annoying way

These are ALL great, gg :) I'm inclined to agree with Rosehip that shorts or leggings might be better if the weather is wet and windy.

I have ran in the rain in a skort before but not 62m…

I think leggings will be wet longer whereas my legs will dry? I don’t have shorts well I do but they’re all too big. I’ll see what tomorrow brings & I’ve packed my mam & dad and husband with leggings so I have options.

Thanks for the words of wisdom.

Thanks Scribbler we have to hope it’s rained itself out. I knew that forecast the last week or so was too good to be true
