From not going to pool since November, I have been 3 times in last week! Mainly down to my youngest son wanting to start going.
Our pool is lane swimming only, usual 3 lanes (Slow, Medium, Fast) and a max of 24 people per 45 min session. Saturday when we first went was really quiet (8 of us in total) where as the Tuesday and Thursday evening have been full with 24. No issues though.
Although I run 5 times per week, the swimming has shown up plenty of muscles I obviously don't work that often!!

Sounds good. I also used to go when my daughter was having lessons.

Managed 1 42 for 100 metres today at the pool. 9 weeks into my coaches swim sets and it appears to be working

Sushi.
So having been stopped OW swimming because of local lockdown, Tri club sessions will now stop as of Friday because of full lockdown
Don’t trust Drakeford to let them restart once ‘reset lockdown’ ends on 9th Nov either.
I think they’ll be slow opening up sport again like last time.

Strong effort.
I’ve just spoken to the duty manager at my local pool and he’s allowed my coach to sit in the spectator gallery, masked up and socially distanced
The same manager also proactively patrols the swim lanes, moving people around who are in ze wrong lanes. He’s extremely efficient !!

Sounds good. I wish someone would do that at our pool
