The early morning sessions here are the ones that are busiest - I'm very lucky to be able to choose to go at 11 when it's quiet. However, I've cancelled today's as I woke with a sore throat and a bit of a sniffle and remember from past experiences that swimming when even slightly coldy doesn't do me any good.
Swim b4 work for me - first session 6.15am start - they even let you in a few minutes early so we can max out our 45minute - nice start to the day but it was busy - five people in a double width lane with varying speeds - that's the busiest i've ever had it - i'm use dto just one or two including me!
I went for a swim yesterday - it was lovely, a max of 3 people per double lane.
I employed my new pull bouy for a few lengths to try to sort out my front crawl arms and breathing. It is very apparent that my left arm is not moving as well as my right - I know breathing to my left is always harder, but I didn't realise quite how restricted my left arm movement is.
What can I do on dry land to improve the way my left arm moves?
