Sounds nice Merry Lip Gloss

A warm 16 miles or so was nice to find some shade at times

Lovely running people!
Sometimes life does Elduderino :)

I had an easy lunch run in and around the town in lovely summer weather.

5 miles today - Garmin went mad - at one point it told me I’d run a kilometre in 41 seconds!!!! Am I too late to enter the olympics? Had to delete the run and reenter manually otherwise all my records were totally messed up.

Easy and warm but took me over that magical 60 with garmins vo2max. Thats a first for me!

Also i celebrated that with a few strides at the track afterwards and got some company :)

I also met a very interesting man on the track, He was a veteran M80 😱 runner and was world champion many times on sprint distances apparently. Cool dude.

M80 world champion! Something to aspire to :)

60 minutes easy :) Could have done with 90 minutes but I'm short of time today. Might fit in a second run later.
