Took a few days off as was feeling a bit run down. Good night on Saturday didn’t help :) . Tough one today at lunchtime and hottest day of year so far here. 5k done though that could have been missed

Two and a bit miles around Haworth. First run for a fortnight and better than hoped especially considering the heat today

Great running all

5 miles in the slightly tougher way round, maybe could have pushed on but saved the final climb for another day.

Already getting hot out there

A nice 10 miles this morning with the running club. Leisurely pace and stopped to watch the seals in the Don.
