Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

10pm Thur. Round lakes, then mostly beach, with a trail interlude from baths to Serpentine. A photoshoot was taking place around an Iron Man, with a woman seemingly in a bridal dress centre stage. Left the sand as tide was at its highest. Mild; light breeze. 62 min.

Had a play with my long run today . Jog from Van to main road then 3 x 5 mile laps taking in part of the Maravan course (next marathon in November) part of the coastal half course (next half in September) and part of the cleethorpes 10k (next 10k in jan)

0.5 mile warm up, 11.5 at long run HR. Miles 12-14 at target half marathon pace, mile 14-15 at target marathon pace, jog back to van from 15 miles.

Nice session and worth repeating but up to September will increase the half marathon pace section to maybe 5 or 6 miles and after that reduce the half section to maybe 3 and increase the marathon section

A lovely if a bit warm commute to work. 7 and a bit miles. Will be a lot cooler when I run home at 3am.

Unexpected. I was marshalling at a race and the collection point for the marshalling bibs was a bit further away from where I parked the car than I anticipated!

Getting smoother all the time, so another 3.x miles done.

Nice and dry Riggys99 :-)
