Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Might have been a wonky comparison run, I have no comments on it, but still :)

5.5 miles with a 5k tempo in the middle. Felt good around 23 mins so slower than a Parkrun but about right for a tempo run. Could have ran further at that pace. A few hip and knee exercises later in the evening

A PBs and pulse rate kind of a day! :) Useful outing, riggys99 :)

Still light enough to track down to the docks and then a mile up the beach by 10.30pm. On the prom to a busy car park; trails all the way to the baths, sand-free prom, then sand-rich beach and over the dunes to the finish. 61 min.

Nice running everyone!

I went out on the same route as yesterday, with the same intention, slow and low pulse trail run.
Nice and easy run.

A tiny half marathon at the windy edge of nowhere, done for club championship purposes. I set out to do it at a steady effort level with a negative split, and was successful.

A very peaceful long run , after the shotgun start! Lots of scenery to absorb as well as fresh air.

First run in anger after getting pf. Took a couple of ibuprofen and just went with the flow.

Started off at a reasonable pace, but then the lack of fitness showed in the later stages.

Still managed a decent time (for me) of 48 mins, and the pf didnt flare up, so all in all I cant complain.

Next race is a very challenging (hilly trail) club league run on Wednesday.
