Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Nice ten miles today with 12 *200 metre efforts with 200 metre rest in the middle of the run. Ran to Rother Valley where I had been yesterday and could actually see the lake today

I struggled to get motivated this morning but eventually set out on a gentle 5k. Breathing was a little tight. Almost at 1600km for the year to date so keen to keep adding the distance.

Awful. The bf came with me and he is a much faster runner so set the pace and it was not pleasant but I’m too stubborn to ask him to slow down or stop

10k this morning - I've joined the bambi class of 2020 and tripped over.

Torn a hole in my bloody running jacket- this is what happens when mentally ranting.
