Ran along the coastal path this morning, 8 miles. Kept an eye on the pace and really enjoyed it - rain and all.

Hope you’re fine at weekend Toks
I did 4 miles tonight after a few days away with family. Felt good and conditions were fine.

6.2 miles in the back garden as we're back in self-isolation (son tested positive for Covid-19 this week). This was the final part of the Brighton Marathon - The Edit.
Took 14-18 minutes longer than normal because of the numerous dead/u-turns even though it is flat, so it made my total 'marathon' figure look a bit messy. Just waiting for the medal to be posted to me now.

Half marathon this morning to cover the cancelled Alloa half. (So virtual) under 2 hrs 7 which is a pb for me so happy. Gave me some confidence that I could go under 2 hours if I trained for the distance.
