Close on 9 last night, cooler and hints of breeze. Quite a few walkers & dogs along beach and round the lakes. 4.04 miles in 40:13....giving me my first sub-10min/mile session since the injury just over a year ago. :)

Very warm run around East Belfast hunting WSW squares. Past the front doors of the boyhood homes of both George Best and Van Morrison

8 Km first thing this morning when it was cool. Very glad not to be running in the heat later on.

Managed a 23.24 5K as part of the run which I'm pretty pleased with. Steady progress through lockdown by being able to run rather than commute.

10 miles this morning, not a brilliant run - asthma and subsequent breathing issues, miles 8 & 9 were telling. Got there in the end, glorious weather though and quite warm.

Have a good day Fetchies

Good stuff on pushing through, Jono.

Thought I'd beat the late evening heat by running at 8am. Beautiful sunny day and a lifesaving E breeze. Struggled over last 2 miles.
