Early start, Jono. :) 9pm y'day, an hour round the lakes and up to Burbo Bank; then along the beach, flat, firm sand; cooler, meaning easier breathing. 6.22 miles - that's 10k and a smidge :)

Jono.
10k this morning, warm here as well. I was going to do 10 miles, but felt a bit tired after yesterday's overtime shift.

Mist hung over the river, tugs ready to start their days work.

Jono.
not bad Red, mileage target for this year is 800 miles. I'm 27 behind, but confident I can make that up.

Now that the training to race self imposed expectation has been removed, I'm enjoying running to keep fit.

A muggy 5K this morning. Sluggish in part due to weather and also due to 10 miles mainly off road cycling yesterday tea time.
