Left leg is still weak, and the jury is out on whether or not it was a good idea to wear brand new FiveFingers on a stony course having not worn any for a year or so. But it was still 2.5 minutes quicker 😁 The good news is that Stowe is hillier than I remember, and I got very tired in the 7th km so definitely room for improvement in the short term.
