Yeah - I've had to stop watching some threads - but that is the same with all social media, we have to avoid some things to keep our sanity.

Stay on here in general FS - we have got you - lean on us.

I had a big spike on anxiety after the announcement last night, even though I expected the outcome. But in another episode of predictive paranoia and wishing to help out a small business, I paid for and downloaded an audio session from a friend with a hypnotherapy business, specifically dealing with Covid 19. I listened to it in bed and fell asleep before the end :-)

Much more on an even keel today. Got out into the yard and threw kettlebells around for 30 mins as my exercise and am steadily working through stuff from home.

I felt the same Scribbler, added to that my husband getting a text from NHS to say he needs to stay home for 12 weeks.

I watched this today and I hope it can help me and others:

I've just fetched some bits for a neighbour who is self isolating, and picked up a couple of things for us while I was there to save a trip another day. As I was walking home someone driving passed shouted out of the car window "get a grip" :(

I'm sliding down again, despite an hour of strength work. I don't seem to get the same feeling after strength work as I do after a run.
I am trying to keep reminding myself that these are first world problems and there are so many people suffering a whole lot worse

Hang in there Trin - we can get through this. Can you do something else that could give you that lift? Gardening? A PE lesson with the body coach?
