Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I put the hedgehog food out earlier than usual this afternoon. Since then a Robin has been popping in and out, helping itself to lots of tasty morsels.

Cunning robin. The squirrels left the top of their feeder open a couple of days ago, and the jackdaws got a taste for peanut. We're now watching them explore how to open it when the top is down - I'm expecting only a couple of days! 😁

We think our hedgehog(s) might have woken up - we have some food in a hedgehog house for them and it has started disappearing. When the food used to be outside the fox was often to blame, but it shouldn't be able to get to it where it is now. The camera has gone out to check what is eating it.

The mice have been eating the food I put in the hedgehog feeding station, not seen any indication of hedgehogs yet, keeping my fingers crossed that we get some or even one 🤞🏻

Our camera showed 2 hogs and a fox last night, the hogs have been out and about for a few weeks now.

Our hedgehog is back too. It's fussy this year - we ran out of hedgehog food so put some cat food out instead and hedgehog wasn't impressed! Back to the proper stuff and it's happy again :)
