I got my number last week. It is 1528, and it has "START AREA : A" on it.
The "Official Photographer" E-mail says that over 12,000 have entered, so with 170 toilets that's over 70 runners per toilet! And they're for non-runners too. I may have to take a bottle!
With seven start areas (A to G), that's about 1700 runners per area, and in 2016 nearly 400 runners ran sub 3 Hrs, so I guess that the 3 hour pacer should be about 350 to 400 runners back from the start line in the first Start Area (A). So Start Area A seems likely to be correct for me to position myself behind the 3 hour pacer. I guess that anyone who said they wanted to be part of a paced group will know which start area they should be in.

They've got back to me now asking me to confirm my address and they're going to send it out to me. I wonder if this issue has affected a lot of people as I know at least one other who hasn't got their number. Sorry I'm rambling on, I'm just really stressed that it won't arrive in time.
On a positive note the weather looks perfect.

Happy to have a hotel within walking distance of the start, not planning on leaving any luggage or trying to use their toilets (there are bushes).

Not the end of the world, my replacement number should be arriving tomorrow. Doubt its affecting many people otherwise it would be all over their facebook pages I would think!
That number of toilets should be fine if they have those big urinal thingies for the men, speeds things up no end. I'll hopefully be using the one at the hotel and then jogging to the start for my warmup.
