Get in - seasons best by 1m 12s and course best by 4m!! That'll do for me!

Ooohh I have a picture of a fetchie on my camera that hubby took from the 10k. A gentleman in the blue zone number 2694. If anyone knows who it is, let me know and I can post it (dont want to do it without permission ;-) )

Felt a little hot out there today for my liking and course seemed hillier (I know it's not) than last year and really felt it. Started to slow up around mile 9 then had to struggle home that said I still had a great day. Met LouLou, Clairevmc, STOOSH and non Fetchie Charlotte (July fetch mile). Enjoyed my post race steak baguette and having now cut the grass I am sitting with a Guinness ;-) cheers
Hope all had a great day.

Bad day at the office for me today, barely made it round. My legs were just empty, not even heavy just empty (like ma heid). Worst time in years. Oh well. Still glad I did it, maybe too much too soon after the marathon and being ill..

i had a lovely day too. Time wasn't fantastic but not bad either - met loads of lovely fetchies and watched my wee boy (15) finish his first 10k and pull out a sweet 52 (might be 51) min 10K. Nice day :)

Bad luck katypie, you never know how much a marathon takes out of you till the next race.

It was a lovely day though, starting getting hot, the garden hoses circa 10 miles were lovely :)

About a 3 1/2 minute PB for me, but 12s off my target time, glass half empty ;)
