Not much comfort to him I guess. I have wondered, as Anj suggested, if deep down she might prefer ladies. But if so, she's been in denial about it for a very long time.

However, my suggestion above that what is said and what is meant may not match still stands. The "it's not you, it's me" discussion. Or "I'm just not ready yet, I will be soon..." without that "soon" ever coming.
