Shut your mouth! How can you say I go about things the wrong way? I'm human and I need to be loved, just like anybody else does.
Thus continued the conversation...

When I was a student, a number of boys took me back to their bedsits and made me listen to the Smiths, to show me how deep and sensitive they were. I hate Morrissey (although the tunes are brilliant) so this tactic backfired and most definitely put me off sex. There were a couple who played The Smiths AND Pink Floyd (to show they weren't mere callow-youths, they knew their guitar classics) who almost managed to put me off sex with men forever. The lad who introduced me to Neds Atomic Dustbin and Carter USM rather stopped that aversion developing into anything too worrying.

Nick C. Can completely relate to your situation. Doesn't change how I feel, but can be frustrating.

And thre was me thinking I was being old fashioned having sex to the music of Sibeleus. Consensually of course ( both the sex and the music)
