The place always seemed to have a good reputation in the music press back when I used to buy the music press, and it looked a great sweaty delight on the film but I'm interested to hear the views of anyone that's seen a few gigs there.

Glasgow crowds have always been good, any time I’ve been there for a gig, but Barrowlands was - as you say - a sweaty delight.
