Evening all If anyone's bored, I've been updating my blog with recent back to fitness stuff. I've got my comeback race this weekend getting excited! If I get round smiling and not injured I'll be chuffed.
Working with a PT is really helping.
Well done on recent PB's! Amazing

Well done Jude! I hope you have a great race.
I went for a run earlier tonight. It was only 1.8 miles. Nothing crazy as my physio told me. But it was nice. As long as my back keeps improving and getting stronger I am working my way towards being tail runner at my parkrun at the end of May. That way I am forced to go nice and slow.
Yay for PB's as well!

Thanks ladies. My start time is 9.03 and weather forecast is dry so hopefully it will all be fine Of course I started my period last night Hopefully the worst will be over by Sunday
