Not really much of a contribution to getting fit (I swam 4 lengths) but we've just had a family swim with 4 generations: Great Grandma (94), Grandma (67), Me (36) and Baby S (9mo). It was really lovely.

That's just wonderful x
Just had another PT session. Weight down a kg overall, body fat down from 31.1% to 25.4%. 😀
The irritating perfectionist in me wants to be under 60kg and around 20% body fat, need to work on that. Not sure where to go next on diet so I've contacted a nutritionist as I'm sure I need to eat differently. Evil session today, abs are killing, arms are killing and legs and shaking! It's got to be beneficial though right?? Tri club swim session tonight.... Argh! Really looking forward to seeing what I can do on my next tri in Sept 😀
Some good running technique stuff on the treadmill today too which he filmed and showed me. Made a huge difference. Felt a bit like a runner for a few seconds!

Love the swimming MrsV!
Only 6 seconds outside of Parkrun pb today, 22.17. So pleased with that after all the recent illnesses and lack of training. Hopefully I can crack the 22 barrier soon if I can get another few weeks of consistent training in.
Next aim, to make it back to an evening pilates class to sort this core and back out!
