Getting fit again after pregnumpcy

SusiSue28 Oct 2014 8:30am, 12 Oct 2014 230 posts	0 SusiSue28 Some fab running and cake yesterday, my OH and Fergus came along as well and he got some much attention OH has very kindly let me run again this morning with a close friend who is tapering for Amsterdam, haven't ran with her with her in at least 7months. She's hoping that she'll get me up to 4miles today as I can't seem to get past 5k!! Afternoon will be with Fergus at a wedding fair

I've been doing the set of 6 exercises at the bottom of this page: bikinibodymommy.com Quite an easy little routine to fit in. They have done me a lot of good in terms of firming up and posture. Not closed my gap at all I don't think, but I'm holding together ok whilst slowly building up the mileage so must be doing some good. Buggy pb at Parkrun on Saturday, 25.12. And I only just spotted from this photo that this cheeky little monkey was awake during the run, when I thought he had been sleeping soundly throughout! Have entered a 10k a 10 mile in December
