Have any other Garmin owners had a software reset last night that has totally screwed up their watch? Both my watch and my husband’s watches (Forerunner 35s) had the update and now the watches aren’t working correctly. When trying to set intervals, they freeze. Turning off and on led to a lengthy restart and then an incorrect time, date and history with no way to change the date. Has anyone else been affected?

I did the update yesterday and this morning it had to resync with my chest HRM, it did that OK. After run Garmin Connect on my phone said my Forerunner 45 wasn't connected. Switched Bluetooth off and on, that didn't work. Then plugged watch into my PC and then everything seemed to be OK.

Never had that hassle before after updates.

I don't use the setting of intervals etc.

Yes. Mine updated yesterday. On my morning Walk it thought it was 2017!

Not ideal for WSW.

I’m glad it’s not just us but so frustrating as I used it this morning but it’s not syncing at all and goodness knows what date it thinks it is! It’s pit me off Garmins and I’ve always loved them up until now.

I've just accepted the update before seeing this thread. Wouldn't have done so if I had seen this first. Will see what happens when I next go out with the Garmin.

I'm not sure if I've had the update but my 35 froze twice today.

My 35 froze as I was trying to start recording my lunchtime walk today. I have never seen this happen before. I switched it off and on and it appeared to be fine again
