Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

SPR's said what I was thinking.
My Garmin matches chipped race times to the precision of me pushing the button at the start and finish lines, put it like that.

If a Garmin can't measure time correctly, given that that's a fairly important part of GPS technology, we're all doomed!! I'd be pointing the finger at Zwift...

Need a replacement strap for OH's 220. Anyone recommend a stockist? Garmin don't seem to do them and everywhere else I look seem to be offering non-branded ones. I want a branded one from a reputable supplier. TIA

To be honest buy off Amazon or eBay. They are cheap and last pretty well. You can buy 10 off the price of an official one normally.

I believe the 220/230/235 use the same strap shape and fittings.

I've had no problem with no name brand strap replacements, someone's they've even been better than the originals.

Really enjoying using the polar OH1+ now that I've got it working accurately, it's extremely comfortable and I can come in from a run and forget it on my arm.

Won't get to race in it for awhile to test accuracy at high intensity but from a comfort perspective, I'll definitely be happy racing in it.

Glad you've had a similarly positive experience to mine SPR. I fully expect to lose the charger at some point in my slightly chaotic house, but so far so good! My only issue with it has been a) the Polar app which for some reason doesn't facilitate RHR readouts, as it thinks every use of the device must be for an activity where HR is elevated and b) having to remember to charge it.
