Totri, there is a widget that you can add to the widget loop for altitude acclimation. Not having been higher than 400m in mooooonths, mine just says "not currently active". Just edit the widget loop as normal to add it.

Badger, I think that might be Fenix specific. I couldn’t see anything on my 945...

I think that’s true, yes, and it’s very recent even on the F6 - popped up in beta in June and then probably in the most recent full release. In fairness to me, TTONTT was definitely asking about an F6. Must be really frustrating the way the 945 lags behind the F6 feature releases. |

Oh, and I assume the screen Sigh posted only appears if acclimatization is actually active, which probably means TTONTT hasn't spent enough time at altitude for it to kick in.

Those answers were exactly what I was after thanks. My watch doesn’t think I’ve been high. I think the issue is I haven’t taken a pulse ox while at altitude. I’ve been in the zone when active for last 14 days.

Interesting question. Yes you would think that two weeks of activities at altitude would be enough to do something even if you're spending the rest of your time at lower levels, though none of what I've read about it says anything about pulse ox being required. Might be worth asking on the Garmin forum for the F6. There are one or two helpful, informed people among the trolls, Apple fanboys and people who post every day complaining about the same thing and call anyone who disagrees a paid shill for Garmin. |

You could also ask a question at the bottom of the DC Rainmaker page.

Anybody know why it's impossible to get a Garmin Virb elite atm? Have they stopped production due to the virus and just sold out?
