Depending on your watch (Garmin) can set a basic session using interval timer on your watch. X effort (distance/time), Y recovery (distance/time), Z times.

Well, that’s confusing - Garmin Connect app says it’s down for maintenance, but it still synced my walk and uploaded it to fetch.

Connect all looks fine.
Apart from having no data at all from Thursday and Friday last week. No activities, no sleep data, no HR data...
