Thanks @CasB ! Like @Nellers I finished the challenge today. Did some proper mileage in the pool this morning to get over the line.

It was pretty quiet this morning and a double width lane so plenty of overtaking/being overtaken room. It must be hard to judge for the others in there (both of them) as I go steaming past them on the way out then let them overtake me coming back, wait long enough for them to start their next length, then repeat the process! But it's definitely a challenging session. I probably ought to do it more often. |

I thought this might be a good place to ask about Dryrobes and alternatives. I was thinking about getting Mrs D a Dryrobe for her birthday, but they are very expensive. How do the other brands compare? Any cheaper ones worth considering? Also, how is the sizing? Is it worth going up a size or do they come up big anyway? Thank you |

I don't know about other brands as I haver a Dryrobe* they are deliberately big so you can change underneath them, so usually a one size fits all ? *I am a Dryrobe wanker |

also top tip - buy a compression/dry bag (mine was about a tenner (?) from amazon) so you can squash it down as they take up loads of space otherwise

Ooh, that flapjack sounds yummy *swims faster * @Diogenes I have a Flanci Huggle, if Mrs D enjoys brightly coloured things. I'm a size 12 and after advice bought a small - they're generously sized and I can get changed under it pretty easily. There's a Fetch10 discount code for 10% off too. Must try the compression bag tip, thanks @fraggle! |
