Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

As far as I ban tell, the Kayenne Pro has bigger and curvier lenses which improve visibility, an adjustable nose bridge and a comfier fit. It doesn’t look as if they’re FINA approved yet, if that was important to you.

Thanks Ankh. It wasn’t obvious from the Aqua Sphere website but the conclusion I drew was a more low-tech version of yours - they’re bigger and more open-watery.

Nice ‘top tip’ from one the websites from the plethora of organisations that were the ASA when I were a lad:

Swim like you’re wearing a belt that’s slightly too tight.

I know it’s really a folksy way of saying tuck your tummy in, but I liked it.

Biggest ever mileage month in the pool for me, 28km (or 17.4 miles in old money).

Nice one Fenners-Reborn, well done! Same here though I'm a bit behind you with just shy of 13 miles. I've got what feels like a bruised heel so swapped last night's usual track session for a bonus swim in the lake - such a lovely restorative way to spend a warm evening.

The increased swimming plus upping my strength work does mean my shoulders feel slightly tired pretty much all the time, though :-)

I’m watching it on tv2 with the sound off because Mrs Nellers and Miss Nellers are watching the Gymnastics on TV1.😞

Makes me feel better about my strike that Ledecky’s legs are just for balance too. I think that might be the only thing we have in common!😂😂
